How do I set a project’s available practice changes?

How do I set practice changes for a project?

The MRV allows each project to have its own custom set of practice changes. These options selectable when completing theĀ Fields and Practice Changes module. Both ESMC and project staff and administrator accounts have the ability to adjust these project settings. To change a project’s selectable practice changes simply go to the project page and select the “PROJECT SETTINGS” tab.

Once you have selected that tab, you will see a new page load.

This page will show the current options the project will display to producers. To add options, select the drop down, add the desired practice changes, and click the save button. To remove practice changes, either use the list to deselect or remove the chips by click on the x icon. Once the desired practice changes have been removed, click the save button.

Once the practice changes have been set, the project’s producers will only be able to select what the project was set to. If a producer had a selection already marked prior to the project having a change, the producer’s field marking is unchanged. The fields with no longer accepted practice changes will be flagged for the ESMC and project staff. Producers will either change their practice change selection(s) and or remove the field from their enrollment.
